A NO PRESSURE HOME WORKOUT

As the New Year comes and goes we can not help but to feel the pressure to think about what we did in the last 12 months. We also may think more about what we can change in the coming months. Along with those feelings, pressure is one word that can quickly come to mind when thinking about the new year.

Pressure to be more.
Or better.
Or just different.

With that said, as I began to brainstorm for my most recent video I knew I wanted it to take on the feeling of a NO PRESSURE WORKOUT. Kind of like that great Kenny Chesney song, “No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem.” Now, its always your choice to pick what you wear, but what I am trying to do for you is put together a NO PRESSURE workout to jump start you into the new year.

So, I challenge you… to click on this weeks video and take notice that you only need one thing to accompany you through this workout.

Plus, I can pretty much guarantee you will find this one thing someplace in your home.
