HEAD to TOE at HOME burn

I have heard what you said and per your request I have put together another AT – H O M E – WORKOUT.
This one is going to give you a full body burn starting from the top and traveling all the way down to the bottom. I have listed below what the exercises are and always be sure to click on the video to give you a better idea of what this fun workout it is all about.

Head To Toe Workout:
***Take on each exercise for 30 seconds. Give yourself 15 seconds in between each to get set and take on the next one. Once you are through them all, go back and tackle them all one more time 🙂

1. Plank Work- Shift forward and back
2. Push Ups
3. Tricep Dips
4. Bridges
5. Plie Squats (Add a jump)
6a. Forward Stepping Lunges (Right Leg)
6b. Forward Stepping Lunges (Left Leg)
7. Calf Raises (In, Out, Forward)
