Who: Anyone who wants to get their heart rate up and tone that body a little more. You can simply register by session, taking on more of a drop in class. Kelly has 15 openings each class. Registration will be by REPLIED EMAIL, locking you in on a first come, first serve basis. You will get a confirmation email if you make the first 15!
PLEASE NOTE: If this tends to be a problem Kelly will add another class time.
What: A combination of cardio and strengthening activities. High volume, high intensity, lots of fun. Kelly will send an email each week as to what you will need to bring that week, if anything.
When: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday Evenings from 6-7pm and Sunday mornings occasionally at 10am.
Where: Korean War Memorial at the Canton Water Front off of Boston Street
Kelly will communicate through email with any changes in location, times and which dates she will hold Boot Camp for that upcoming week.
Cost: $10 a class- pay at the start of each class. Kelly also excepts payment through VENMO.
